High-precision mold manufacturing protects product quality from the source

Mold development is the foundation for turning bathroom products into mass production. High-quality mold technology is the core guarantee of product quality. Complete bathroom hardware, shower, and faucet products are processed with high-precision CNC equipment, while UG 3D design software is used for digital modeling of cores, die-casting molds, and hot-work molds to precisely control structural dimensions from the source.

Mold materials are strictly selected, including heat-resistant mold steel and beryllium copper alloy with wear and corrosion resistance. Steel blanks are optimized through precision heat treatment before micron-level fine cutting to ensure forming accuracy.

The full mold-opening process, from drawing design, material selection, CNC machining, heat treatment, and trial die casting, is controlled layer by layer to avoid unstable water flow, appearance defects, and assembly misalignment, building a solid process foundation for high-quality mass production.

Key process for forming brass waterways

Special quartz sand is mixed with resin, curing agents, and other additives according to the process ratio. After constant-temperature drying at 300°C, an automatic core shooting machine sends it into a heated core box for high-temperature forming, producing accurate dedicated sand cores in batches. These cores are inserted into die-casting molds to form closed valve waterways with smooth, uniform inner walls.
