Quotation & Confirmation

Quality Assurance and Control Processes
We have actively introduced state-of-the-art testing equipment and quality management methods from both domestic and international sources, establishing two laboratories dedicated to copper products and bathroom fixtures. Our current staff includes 15 quality assurance personnel for copper products and 25 for bathroom fixtures. All quality control personnel must complete mandatory training and pass certification before being allowed to work. We strictly enforce full-process quality control, including IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC. All newly developed products must undergo laboratory testing and be verified as compliant before entering mass production.
Laboratory:
The laboratory is equipped with over 30 pieces of testing equipment and is capable of conducting more than 20 types of tests, including tensile testing, chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, dezincification resistance testing, flow rate testing, and corrosion resistance testing.
Standards Compliance:
Comprehensive testing and laboratory equipment ensure product quality. Copper Materials: National Standard GB/T 5231, Japanese JIS H3250, European 4MS, American ASTM, and other brass material standards; Plumbing and Sanitary Ware: National Standard GB 18145, European EN 817, American ASME A112.18.1, Australian AS 3718, and other plumbing and sanitary ware standards.
